Sports Rehabilitation
Sports Rehabilitation is the restoration of full function and a graded return to athletic activities, aiming for a timely return to a previous level of sport or exercise. The rehabilitation process involves selective treatments from different healthcare professionals and corrective exercise to maximise core stability, balance and neuromuscular control after injury.
At Three Sixty Health and Performance LLP our rehab programmes incorporate biomechanical principles, athletic screening and data analysis to not only help recover from injury but to prevent recurrence and future problems. Our team is committed to searching for new innovations in rehabilitation and is pleased to be able to offer our customers the Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill. Designed by NASA, the Alter-G provides a precise partial weight alternative during rehabilitation.
This provides protection of the healing tissues, encourages range of motion, earlier initiation of closed-kinetic chain activity, prevents the reduction in muscle mass due to lack of use and encourages more rapid return of motor control.
