Injury Management

Physiotherapy is a science based profession which works with people to promote individual health and well being. A physiotherapist helps to restore movement and function in injury, illness and development using physical approaches to rehabilitate and prevent injuries in addition to enhancing performance. Our physiotherapy department aims to promote and restore physical, psychological and social well being and is committed to reviewing and extending the science base which underpins it. At Three Sixty Health and Performance LLP we are recognised by all leading health insurance companies.

Podiatry is the professional diagnosis and treatment of conditions of the foot and its related structures. We specialise in the orthotic treatment of bio mechanical and sports related injury.
We treat heel pain, plantar fascitis, shin splints, knee pain, arthritis, Mortons neuromas, flat feet, over pronation, bunions and Achilles injuries. Minor surgery such as nail removal under local anaesthetic is also available.

Sports Massage is the term applied to the discipline of using massage for the specific benefit of all sports and exercise participants. It covers the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body, e.g. muscles, ligaments and tendons. Sports massage is tailored to each individual’s needs to positively enhance their ability to perform. Deep tissue work carried out by the therapist can also relieve neck and back pain.

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It works with the structure and function of the body, and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together. Osteopaths work to restore your body to a state of balance, where possible without the use of drugs or surgery. Osteopaths use touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage to increase the mobility of joints, to relieve muscle tension, to enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues, and to help your body’s own healing mechanisms.

Osteopaths’ patients include the young, older people, manual workers, office professionals, pregnant women, children and sports people. Patients seek treatment for a wide variety of conditions, including back pain, repetitive strain injury; changes to posture in pregnancy, postural problems caused by driving or work strain, the pain of arthritis and minor sports injuries.
